  3. Customer Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate project details and necessary access for service delivery.

  4. Cancellation & Refunds: Service cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds are subject to WDG policies and project progress.

  5. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and materials produced by WDG remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  6. Limitation of Liability: WDG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
